September in Western Scotland

Painting the Lochs of Western Scotland, living out of my semi converted camper van, and swimming in the open water to keep hygiene levels up to my usual standard!

Stalker Castle on a peaceful afternoon was not a planned location, but what a wonderful spot to stumble across!

View up Loch Etive, towards Glen Etive. A beautiful clear morning, but wishing the water wasn`t so blue. Better for swimming in than painting.

Evening light across Loch Linnhe. The cattle didn`t make it into the painting, but I did manage to make up for it with Highland Cow later on!

Glen Sligachan, Isle of Skye.

Last painting across the water from Kilchurn Castle on Loch Awe, after 3 great weeks on the road. Very lucky with the weather, but midges weren`t always so obliging!
